RIC Construction Update - September 2026

Alhamdulillah! By the grace and mercy of Allah (SWT), construction of Phase 1 of the Rahmah Islamic Centre was successfully completed in September 2026.

Our journey began with the groundbreaking celebration in December 2023, followed by nearly three years of dedication, perseverance, and hard work. Together, as a community, we worked tirelessly to achieve each milestone, overcoming challenges and moving closer to our shared vision.

On September 5, 2026, we proudly celebrated the completion of Phase 1 during our annual community BBQ—a truly memorable milestone and a testament to what we can accomplish when we come together with a common purpose.

Our journey now continues with Phase 2 – Interior Finishes. We are currently working toward awarding the initial contracts, with the goal of commencing the mechanical and electrical work before the end of 2026, insha’Allah.

We ask Allah (SWT) to accept the efforts, contributions, and sacrifices of everyone who has supported this project, to place barakah in this blessed endeavour, and to grant us the means and ability to complete Phase 2 safely, successfully, and in a timely manner.
