Specialization:
Mufti Junaid Hanslod was born in India and moved to Canada in 1997. He returned to India to pursue Islamic education, memorizing the Quran and completing the Alim course at Darul Uloom Falahe Darain Tadkeshwar, Gujarat. He obtained Ijazah in 10 Qiraa’hs and further specialized in Hadith under the guidance of renowned scholars, including a year at Mazahirul Uloom Saharanpur with Ameerul Mumineen fil Hadith Shaikh Yunus Jonpuri (رحمة الله عليه).
His pursuit of knowledge led him to Madinah, where he studied Hadith for three years at the Islamic University, receiving Ijazah from several distinguished scholars, including Shaikh Muhammad Awwamah (أطال الله عمره).
Since 2005, Mufti Junaid has led Taraweeh prayers in Burlington, Ontario. He officially became an Imam at HIA in 2015. Since then, he has been committed to guiding the community through religious teachings, spiritual counseling, and educational programs.

Imam Abdullah, born and raised in the GTA, has traveled globally to study the Qur'an and Islamic Sciences, and is now pursuing a master's certification in psychotherapy. Since 2007, he has served as an Imam, educator, and youth mentor, with a strong passion for youth development and nurturing a strong Muslim identity across Canada.

Shaikh Zuber Hanslod completed his Hifdh al-Qur’an and pursued the ‘Alimiyyah course under esteemed scholars from around the world. He studied Tajweed, Hadith, Fiqh, Tafseer, and other Islamic sciences under great Mashaikh, building a strong foundation in the Islamic knowledge.
Since 2016, Shaikh has been actively engaged in teaching Hifdh, Qur’an, and Alimiyyah programs, while serving the Muslim community in Mississauga.
By the grace of Allah, he is now pleased to extend his service to the Burlington community, continuing his mission of Qur’an teaching and community service.
